The Chatfield School Theater Class and Choir will present the civil rights play, “We Are the Dream: The Legacy of Martin Luther King Junior,” Thursday, March 17 at 7pm at The Pix Theater.

The Pix Theater is located at 172 W. Nepessing St. Lapeer, MI 48446

Info about the play:
We Are the Dream chronicles the life of Martin Luther King Junior as he leads the civil rights movement during the turbulent 20th Century. Included in the play are the stories of Rosa Parks, Vivian Jones, and other courageous leaders of the non-violent civil rights movement. This play is appropriate for kids and adults.
